ABOUT

Phoenix Survivor Network is dedicated to providing education and support to individuals ages 14-40, and their co-survivors and support system, who have been diagnosed with breast cancer navigate treatment and life beyond treatment. Services provided by the organization will be complimentary; however, services provided by vendors may incur a moderate charge.

Mission

For many years breast cancer has been a middle-aged woman’s disease; however, today we are seeing more cases of women under 40 being diagnosed with breast cancer. The women under 40 who are diagnosed receive little support because society has not prepared for them to have this disease.

PSN enthusiastically offers services and programs for the mind, body, and spirit that will elevate, motivate, and encourage
survivors and thrivers of breast cancer, as well as their co-survivors and support teams.

Vision

To create a safe, supportive community where no one walks alone through the breast cancer journey.

  • Nominate a Survivor

Phoenix Survivor Network is providing Phoenix Care Kits to breast cancer warriors, under the age of 41, who are currently undergoing breast cancer treatment or completed their active breast cancer treatment within the last six months. Our goal is to present at least two women with a Phoenix Care Kit every month.
